Job summary

HireCare Services is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide high-quality in-home ABA therapy to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in Rocky Mount, NC, and surrounding areas. This part-time or full-time role offers flexibility, with opportunities for professional training and growth under BCBA supervision.

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Excellent communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Assist children in communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect data accurately during sessions and document progress.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
• Build supportive relationships with families.
