Job summary

HireCare Services is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities in Belmont, NC, and surrounding areas.

This part-time or full-time role offers flexibility, professional growth, and meaningful impact. Training support is provided for RBT certification, with a focus on quality care, confidentiality, and ethics.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification — or willingness to obtain certification (training support provided).
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Share updates and progress with BCBA team.
• Complete clear and timely session notes.
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families.
