Job summary

HireCare Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and other developmental disabilities in Winston-Salem, NC and surrounding areas.

This part-time role offers flexibility, professional growth, and mentorship from experienced BCBAs, with training support as needed. You’ll collect data, document progress, and work under supervision to help clients reach important developmental goals.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification — or willingness to obtain certification with training support.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans created by supervising BCBA.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data during each session and share progress with the BCBA team.
• Complete clear and timely session notes.
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
