Job summary

HireCare Services is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in Wilson, NC and surrounding areas. This part-time role offers flexibility, with potential for full-time work as client needs evolve.

You will deliver individualized ABA treatment plans, collect data, and communicate progress to the supervising BCBA while building strong relationships with children and families. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain one (training support provided).
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism are essential.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Share updates and progress with your BCBA team.
• Complete clear and timely session notes.
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families.
