HireCare Services LLC in Concord, NC is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This part-time or full-time role helps children with autism and developmental disabilities reach developmental goals through structured teaching, play, and positive reinforcement.

You’ll deliver individualized treatment plans, collect data, communicate progress to your BCBA team, and build warm relationships with families.

Formación

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training support provided).
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Share updates and progress with the BCBA team.
• Complete clear and timely session notes.
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
