Job summary

HireCare Services in Sanford, NC is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You'll help children reach developmental goals through structured teaching, play, and positive reinforcement.

Part-time or full-time roles with afternoon/after-school sessions; weekend availability optional. You will collect data, maintain notes, and build warm relationships with families while upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Share updates and progress with your BCBA team.
• Complete clear and timely session notes.
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
