Job summary

HireCare Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

This part-time role offers flexibility, professional growth, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families across Rocky Mount, NC, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain (training support provided).
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Deliver ABA treatment plans and assist children in communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect data during each session and document progress accurately.
