Job summary

Achiefsvement ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work with a BCBA supervisor to implement in-home and community-based interventions and collect data on progress using Rethink software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred or in progress.
• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records to monitor client progress.
