Job summary

Ability Builders Consulting Co. is urgently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy to children with ASD in homes, schools, and community settings.

Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, collaborate with families and therapists, and use positive reinforcement to support skill development.

The role requires an RBT certification, a 40-hour training, and a high school diploma; competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• RBT certification from BACB is required.
• Completion of a 40-hour RBT training program.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with ASD in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress and document accurately.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, speech therapists, and parents.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) as needed to inform intervention strategies.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote skill development and social interaction.
