Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) for in-home ABA therapy. You will implement individualized ABA programs for children with ASD under direct supervision of a BCBA in home settings.

You will deliver 1:1 therapy, collect data, implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans, and communicate with families and the clinical team. Training, supervision, and predictable scheduling support professional growth.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; required within 90 days of employment if applicable.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must pass background checks, including criminal history and abuse registry screenings.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds; in-home travel to client homes or centers as needed.
• Supervised regularly by a BCBA with direct observation and performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by the supervising BCBA, following treatment plans.
• Record and maintain data on client progress using electronic data collection systems.
• Implement skill acquisition programs targeting communication, social, adaptive and academic behaviors.
• Follow and apply behavior reduction protocols as designed by the BCBA.
• Assist with generalization of skills across environments and settings.
• Provide reinforcement, prompting, and other ABA techniques per the treatment plan.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the clinical team.
• Maintain professional and ethical conduct per BACB guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings.
