ADP, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to implement individualized ABA programs for children with ASD in home and center-based settings, under the direct supervision of a BCBA.

You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy, record progress with data systems, implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans, and collaborate with families and the clinical team. Flexible part-time schedule; travel to client homes as needed; opportunities for growth toward

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in psychology/education preferred.
• RBT certification preferred; must be obtained within 90 days if applicable.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must pass background checks and screenings.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and travel to client homes or centers as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision by BCBA.
• Record client progress with data systems.
• Implement skill acquisition programs for communication, social, adaptive, and academic behaviors.
• Follow behavior reduction protocols as designed by the BCBA.
• Assist with generalization of skills across environments and settings.
• Provide reinforcement, prompting, and other ABA techniques as per treatment plan.
• Maintain professional conduct per BACB guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the clinical team.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of clients at all times.
