Job summary

Children Making Strides seeks dedicated ABA Therapists/Behavior Technicians to support children with autism aged 2–9 in home, daycare and center settings. You will provide ABA services, foster communication/social skills, and document progress for senior health professionals.

Ideal candidates are positive, patient, and creative, with empathy and a passion for helping children shine. A relevant degree is preferred but not required; drivers license and insured vehicle are needed for home visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field (or related experience with ABA and/or young children) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children at their homes or in our clinic, drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.
• Help children build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs.
• Work alongside like-minded individuals to create best outcomes and impacts.
• Create engaging and fun learning experiences.
• Foster a supportive and caring environment.
