Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking enthusiastic ABA Therapists/Behavior Technicians to support children with autism aged 2-9 in home, daycare, and center settings. You will deliver ABA therapy, engage learners, and draft progress reports for senior health professionals.

You will work with a compassionate team, receive dynamic training and supervision from BCBAs, and contribute to meaningful outcomes for families. A sign-on bonus of $500 after 90 days is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field, or related ABA/young children experience.
• Must have valid driver's license, registered vehicle and active car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children at homes or clinic and draft progress reports for senior health professionals.
• Help children build communication and socialization skills.
• Work with a like-minded team to create best outcomes and impacts.
• Create engaging and fun learning experiences.
• Foster a supportive and caring environment.
