Job summary

Children Making Strides seeks enthusiastic ABA Therapists/Behavior Technicians to deliver therapy to children with autism, aged 2–9, across home, daycare, and center settings. You will provide ABA services, craft engaging learning experiences, and report progress to supervising health professionals.

Ideal candidates are positive, patient, and creative, with empathy and dedication. A driver's license and vehicle are required, and a sign‑on bonus of $500 after 90 days of employment is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field, or related ABA experience with children is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license, registered vehicle and active car insurance.
• Positive, patient, creative individuals with empathy and dedication.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children at home or in our clinic and draft progress reports to senior health professionals.
• Help children build communication and socialization skills.
