Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking enthusiastic ABA Therapists/Behavior Technicians to provide in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy for children aged 2–9 with autism. You will deliver engaging sessions, help build communication and social skills, and draft progress reports for senior health professionals.

The role emphasizes compassionate, child-led, play-based approaches with ongoing training and support from clinical leadership, and offers a sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associates degree in a related field (or related experience with ABA and/or young children) preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a registered vehicle and active car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children at their homes or in our clinic, drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.
• Help children build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs.
• Work alongside like-minded individuals to create best outcomes and impacts.
