Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking enthusiastic ABA Therapists/Behavior Technicians to support children with autism aged 2-9 in in-home, daycare and clinic settings. You will deliver ABA therapy, monitor progress, and draft reports for senior clinicians.

The role offers growth through dynamic BCBA supervision, on-the-job training, and a caring, team-focused environment that emphasizes play-based learning and family involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related field (or related ABA experience).
• Must have a valid driver’s license, registered vehicle and active car insurance.
• Positive, patient, creative attitude.
• ABA experience with children preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children at home or clinic and draft progress reports for senior clinicians.
• Help children build communication and socialization life skills.
