Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician to provide ABA therapy to children aged 2-9 in home, daycare and center settings. You will deliver engaging learning experiences and draft progress reports for senior health professionals.

You will be supported by dynamic supervision from BCBAs and receive industry-leading training. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required; bachelor's or associate degree preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field (or related experience with ABA and/or young children) preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, registered vehicle and active car insurance.
• Positive, patient, and creative individuals with empathy and dedication.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children at their homes or in our clinic, drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.
• Help children build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs.
