Job summary

Children Making Strides is hiring ABA Therapists/Behavior Technicians to deliver in-home and center-based ABA services for children with autism. You will collect progress data, communicate with senior health professionals, and help children develop key life skills in a playful, supportive setting.

Ideal candidates are patient, empathetic, and creative, with a focus on child-led, play-based approaches. A valid driver’s license and vehicle are required to serve families across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related field preferred but not required.
• Experience or interest in ABA and/or work with young children encouraged.
• Valid driver’s license, registered vehicle and active car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children at home or in clinic and draft progress reports.
• Help children build communication and socialization skills.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve positive outcomes.
• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences.
• Maintain close supervision and safety during sessions.
• Foster a caring, joyful environment for children and families.
