Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring for a position delivering 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home or clinic settings in the Denver area. The role supports skill development across behavior management, toileting, feeding, compliance, and education with guidance from a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism.
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
