Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy in Denver seeks a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or clinic, implementing individualized treatment plans under supervision and collaborating with BCBA staff. The role emphasizes working with children with autism to develop skills like behavior management, toileting, feeding, and compliance.

Qualifications

Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
Proficient English communication, both verbal and written.
Able to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
Must have a valid state ID.
Reliable transportation to commute to locations.
Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments
Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
Data collection and session note submission
Collaborate with peers and supervisors
Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments
Other duties as assigned.
