The position offers paid training, PTO, and both full-time and part-time options, with compensation ranging from $24 to $30 per hour based on experience and certification.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain one (paid training provided).
• Experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress.
• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA.
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
