Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking individuals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings, helping children develop essential skills. The program includes paid training to become a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) with step-by-step guidance.

Candidates should be comfortable working with children with autism, communicating with families, and following BCBA-designed plans. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are offered, with travel to various locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Ability to implement behavior plans under supervision and guidance.
• Strong communication with families, peers, and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and submit session notes for progress tracking.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors during trainings and meetings.
• Reliable transportation and timely attendance at locations.
