Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy seeks dedicated individuals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children, in-home or clinic-based. You will help develop essential skills, implement plans, and collaborate with a BCBA and team to support progress and independence.

Ideal candidates have experience with autism, strong English communication, reliable transportation, and a willingness to pass a background check. Flexible hours and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Clear and effective English verbal and written communication.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation to client locations or clinic.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings.
• Implement individualized plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and submit session notes.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings regularly.
• Have a vehicle and valid driver's license for commuting to locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
