Job summary

Budding Futures is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support parent training goals while maintaining professional communication with families and the clinical team.

Role offers both full-time and part-time options with paid training and PTO. Therapists will work in home settings throughout the Denver area, with competitive hourly pay

Qualifications

Have current RBT certification or are willing to obtain one (paid training provided)
Have experience working with children
Possess reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress
Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting
Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals
Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress
