Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is hiring Behavior Interventionists to provide in-home ABA-based therapy to children on the autism spectrum. You will deliver sessions in the family home, follow established treatment plans, and participate in ongoing training and career development.

Typical hours are Mon-Fri 3PM-8PM and Sat 9AM-1PM, with at least 15 hours per week. Must have reliable transportation, immunizations, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or people with special needs and an interest in behavioral health.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must have own reliable transportation, and valid driver’s license, auto registration and auto insurance.
• Immunization records and TB testing required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home ABA-based therapy sessions to families and children.
• Observe, assess, and interact with participants during home visits.
• Follow established treatment plans and participate in ongoing training and career development.
