Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking Behavior Interventionists to provide in-home ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. You will work with families, observe progress, and participate in ongoing training with clearly defined career paths.

Ideal candidates have a passion for working with children, experience with kids or special needs, and reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Ownership of reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Immunization records and TB proof.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Two-week training schedule (M-F, ~35 hours).
• Physical ability to lift/carry and move materials for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home ABA therapy sessions with children on the autism spectrum.
• Observe, assess, and interact with participants during visits.
• Assist with transporting toys and materials to home visits.
