Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for individuals with autism across Queens. You will implement behavior-analytic strategies per treatment plan and collect data to track progress. Collaboration with families, supervisors, and administration is essential.

The role offers a $250 sign-on bonus, tuition assistance, ongoing training, and a flexible schedule with opportunities for growth to Lead RBT or Full Time RBT as part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD across Queens.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
