Job summary

LTE Care Plus Inc. is seeking an afternoon/evening Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy for children and individuals with ASD under BCBA supervision.

You will implement evidence-based interventions, collect data, and collaborate with families and a clinical team to promote skill development, independence, and positive behavior change. This paid role offers growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, and support from a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• Requires compassionate, patient approach to children with developmental disabilities.
• 1+ year experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged: Mandarin, Spanish, Haitian Creole.

Responsibilities

• Delivering 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions.
• Collecting session data and reporting notable findings to the clinical team.
• Building positive relationships with clients and families.
• Collaborating with BCBA and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment.
