Job summary

LTE Care Plus, Inc. is seeking an afternoon/evening Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy for children and individuals with ASD under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will deliver evidence-based interventions, build strong relationships with families, and support data collection and progress reporting. The role emphasizes reliable scheduling, compassionate care, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to promote independence and communication while fostering meaningful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply: Mandarin, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and other languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Delivering individualized ABA therapy sessions based on each client's treatment and behavior plan
• Building positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families
• Implementing behavior management techniques as directed by the supervising BCBA
• Accurately collecting session data and communicating notable findings to the clinical team
• Maintaining professionalism, reliability, and flexibility across a diverse caseload
