Job summary

Easterseals Southern California offers in‑home ABA therapy roles focusing on children on the autism spectrum. You will participate in 3PM–8PM weekday sessions and some Saturday mornings, delivering hands‑on behavior therapy and supporting families in implementing strategies.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and helping families.
• Willingness to work afternoons/early evenings and some weekend mornings.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must have own reliable transportation and valid license, auto registration and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide in‑home ABA based therapy sessions to children on the autism spectrum.
• Observe, assess and interact with participants during sessions.
• Assist families with skill development and behavior strategies during visits.
