Job summary

Easterseals Southern California seeks Behavior Interventionists to provide in-home ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. Work hours are weekdays 3PM-8PM and Saturdays 9AM-1PM.

Qualifications

• Must have own reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Immunization records and TB clearance.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Available for initial 2 week training schedule (M-F, about 35 hours).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home ABA based therapy sessions to children on the autism spectrum.
• Observe, assess, and interact with participants during visits.
• Support families by implementing therapy plans and activities.
