Job summary

Easterseals Southern California, Inc. seeks a Behavior Interventionist to provide in-home ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum.

You will observe, interact, and implement behavioral plans during afternoon and early-evening sessions, with occasional weekend shifts. Candidates should have experience with children or individuals with special needs, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or people with special needs.
• Immunization records and TB may be required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Available for afternoon/early-evening schedules and some weekend hours.
• Must have own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home ABA-based therapy sessions to children on the autism spectrum.
• Observe, assess, and interact with participants during visits.
