Job summary

Easterseals Southern California, Inc. is hiring Behavior Interventionists to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. You will support families by implementing behavior plans, collecting data, and guiding sessions in a home setting.

Hours are Monday–Friday 3PM–8PM and Saturday 9AM–1PM, with at least 15 hours per week. A valid driver’s license, immunization records and a background check are required. Training is provided to start.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or people with special needs.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Available to work afternoons/early evenings and some weekend mornings.
• Own reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home ABA therapy sessions to children on the autism spectrum.
• Assist families with implementing behavior intervention plans and data collection.
• Attend initial 2-week training schedule (Mon-Fri, about 35 hours).
• Assist with lifting, carrying and arranging toys/materials for home visits.
