Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is hiring Behavior Interventionists to provide in-home, ABA-based therapy to children on the autism spectrum. You will work with families to implement individualized plans and monitor progress.

Candidates should enjoy working with children, have prior experience with children or special needs, be available afternoons and evenings plus some weekend hours, and have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children.
• Experience with children or people with special needs.
• Available to work in afternoons/early evenings and possible weekend mornings.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home ABA-based therapy sessions to children on the autism spectrum.
• Observe, assess and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Partner with families to support progress and training.
