Easterseals Southern California is hiring Behavior Interventionists to provide in-home ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. If you love working with kids and want hands-on training and clear career paths, this role offers ongoing training and growth.

You should be available afternoons and some weekends, have reliable transportation, immunization records, and be able to pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children.
• Experience with children or people with special needs.
• Available afternoons/evenings and some weekends.
• Own reliable transportation; valid license and insurance.
• Immunization records and TB test.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Available for initial 2-week training (M-F, ~35 hours).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home ABA-based therapy sessions.
• Observe and interact with participants during visits.
• Participate in ongoing training and career development.
• Lift and carry materials for home visits.
