Job summary

McGrale and Associates, LLC is seeking a Part-time ABA Behavior Technician for after-school in-home services across Massachusetts. Training is provided; no experience required. Typical sessions are about 2 hours and occur in the child’s home, with scheduling aligned to your availability.

Technicians work 2–7 days per week, with a consistent weekly schedule and weekly supervision. An iPad and ABA software are provided to run programs and record progress.

Qualifications

• No experience required. Only requirement is that you love children and working with them.
• High School/Trade School degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to a child with autism during after-school hours in the child's home.
• Set up materials, run ABA programs, collect data, and finish the session with notes using the company's ABA software.
• Sessions last about 2 hours; days worked depend on the Technician's availability; can work as few as 2 days per week and as many as 7.
