Bright Achievements is seeking dedicated Behavioral Technicians to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in Virginia, Minnesota. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Previous experience or familiarity with ABA therapy or developmental disabilities preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Attend professional development trainings as required.
• Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor on ABA therapy.
• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Be responsive to clients' needs and requests.
• Maintain professionalism and be goal-oriented.
