Job summary

AKABA in Massachusetts is seeking ABA Therapists / Behavior Technicians to provide 1-to-1 ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Therapy sessions typically run 3–4 hours after school in homes, communities, and at our center.

Under supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will implement behavior support plans, collect data, and collaborate with families. A HS diploma and a valid driver’s license are required; strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Valid Driver's License (Required).
• Friendly, energetic, and enjoys working with individuals with special needs.
• Experience working with children.
• Ability to attend an initial orientation.
• Timely and organized.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively within a variety of situations.

Responsibilities

• Creating a fun and engaging learning environment.
• Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Working with families for effective collaboration.
• Submitting all required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Electronic Data collection.
