Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy in Arizona seeks a 1:1 ABA technician to work in clients' homes in Gilbert. You’ll provide play-based ABA support to children, following treatment plans from a BCBA, and track progress with a simple data system on your phone or tablet.

This part-time, afternoon/evening role offers flexible scheduling, a pay range of $21–$26/hour, and benefits for those working 20+ hours weekly. Training and supervision ensure you grow while making a real difference in kids’ daily living

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in home or school settings.
• ABA experience a plus.
• Afternoon/evening availability.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA support in clients' homes.
• Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track progress using a data system on mobile device.
• Collaborate with BCBA and other technicians for consistency.
• Provide feedback to families and celebrate progress.
