Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is a leading ABA therapy provider offering in-home 1:1 therapy for children with Autism ages 1-21. Under supervision of a BCBA, Behavior Therapists use prompting and reinforcement to support skill development and independence.

We value dedicated clinicians, provide structured trainings and supportive supervision, and offer a high hourly pay rate of $19.00-$30.00 per hour with flexible scheduling and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have ABA experience.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and other training certifications as required per program.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis and preparation for presentation
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
• Provides feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client.
