Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy in Arizona seeks paraprofessionals to provide 1:1 ABA support to children with autism in their homes during afternoon and evening hours.

You’ll work 1:1 with kids, help them build daily living skills, communication, and independence through play-based ABA designed by a licensed BCBA; paid training, flexible schedule, and benefits are available for 20+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with autism in home or school settings.
• Ability to follow BCBA-designed treatment plans and track progress.
• Reliable transportation and flexible afternoon/evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes during afternoons and evenings.
• Help children build daily living skills, communication, and independence through play-based ABA.
• Follow treatment plans and record progress using a data system; coordinate with BCBA.
