Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking a Paraprofessional to work with children on the autism spectrum in their homes in North Phoenix. You’ll provide 1:1 support during afternoon and evening hours, helping kids build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence through play-based ABA therapy designed by a licensed BCBA.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in educational or therapeutic settings is preferred.
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA support to children in their homes.
• Help children build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence through play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA and supervisor.
• Track progress during sessions using a data system on a phone or tablet.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and families to ensure consistency and progress.
