Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking an empathetic and reliable individual to provide ABA services to children in-home and in community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.

As an RBT or aspiring professional, you will implement therapy programs, teach functional skills, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plans.

Part-time schedule, 15–20 hours per week, Monday–Friday with occasional weekend coverage; PTO/sick time and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
