Behavioral Health Works, Inc. seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians/RBTs to deliver in-home and community ABA therapy for children and adolescents with ASD.

You will track progress, communicate effectively with families, and support skill development in a flexible, growth-oriented team environment. The role requires 60 college credits or equivalent experience, a minimum 3 days/week 10+ hours availability after 3 PM, reliable transportation, and comfort driving to client locations.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Must meet minimum availability of 3 days per week for 10+ hours.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive to client sessions.

Responsabilités

• Sit on the floor or move between seated/standing during therapy.
• Engage with children, implement behavior support plans, ensure safety.
• Lift or assist children and equipment up to 50 lbs; travel between locations.
• Complete documentation using electronic devices.
