Job summary

Behavioral Health Works in California seeks a Behavior Technician/RBT to deliver in-home and community ABA therapy for children with ASD. You will track progress, communicate with families, and help build communication and daily living skills alongside a supportive team.

The role offers part-time hours (10–15 per week, after 3pm), competitive pay ($29–$32 per hour DOE), and travel reimbursement with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Must meet availability of 4 days a week for 4 hours a day (after 3pm).
• Reliable transportation and comfortable driving to client sessions.
• Access and ability to use a smartphone for session data.

Responsibilities

• Stay active on therapy sessions, including floor-kneeling and transitions.
• Engage with children professionally while implementing behavior support plans.
• Ensure client safety and travel between assigned client locations.
