Job summary

Behavioral Health Works, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home and community ABA therapy for children and adolescents with ASD.

You will work closely with families and a team of BCBAs and Supervisors to track progress and support skill development in communication, social, and daily living tasks. The role requires 21+ years old MA eligibility, 60 college credits or RBT certification, and availability for 10+ hours across 3 days per week after 3 PM.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old under MA state requirements
• 60 college credits OR 6 months experience with developmental disabilities OR RBT certification
• Availability 3 days/week for 10+ hours, after 3 PM
• Reliable transportation to client sites
• Access to smartphone or device to capture session data

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy
• Track client progress during sessions
• Maintain strong communication with families and team
• Engage and supervise children actively using behavior support plans
