Job summary

Behavioral Health Works in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home and community ABA therapy for children with ASD. You will track progress, communicate with families, and stay active throughout sessions while supporting client safety.

Minimum college credits or 6 months of related experience or an active RBT certification is required, with at least 3 days per week and after-3PM availability. Travel to client sessions is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 college credits completed or 6 months of recent work with children with developmental disabilities or an active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to drive to client sessions.
• Must be able to use a smartphone to capture session data and communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Track client progress during sessions and document data accurately.
• Communicate effectively with families and team members.
• Stay active during sessions and engage children with energy and professionalism.
• Assist with transportation to client locations and manage equipment as needed.

Education
