Job summary

Sound Behavior Services, a Finni Health company, seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) for Branford, CT. You will work one-on-one with children in their homes, delivering ABA therapy under BCBA supervision to support development and daily living skills.

Role includes data collection, following BCBA plans, and participating in supervision and training. Part-time schedule with afternoons and some weekend flexibility; in-person work in Branford.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• Experience with social skills groups.
• Passion for supporting children with special needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Active CPR certification (Preferred).
• RBT certification (Preferred) or willingness to obtain it within a set timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
