Job summary

Cove ABA, a Finni Health company, seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) for in-person work in Wassaic, NY. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in homes or schools under a BCBA's supervision to support children's development.

Part-time: 10–12 hours/week, $25–$30/hour. Benefits include mileage reimbursement and access to RBT certification training; candidates with a high school diploma, experience with kids, and reliable transport are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• Passion for helping children with special needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Active CPR certification (Preferred).
• RBT certification (Preferred) or willingness to obtain it within a set timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in home/school
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions
