Job summary

Sound Behavior Services, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our Branford, CT team. You will work one-on-one with children in their homes, delivering ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA to support development and daily functioning.

The role is part-time (less than 30 hours per week) with afternoons on Mondays and Fridays and weekend flexibility. Compensation ranges from $24.00 to $27.00 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement and opportunities to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in a care setting preferred.
• Passion for supporting children with special needs and reliable transportation are essential.
• CPR and RBT certifications preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
